Refunds and 

Cancellations

At We Are Able, we understand that circumstances may arise which require the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. We value your commitment to our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Advocate services and aim to maintain a fair and transparent cancellation policy for the benefit of all parties involved.

 

1. Cancellation Timeframe: Clients are kindly requested to provide a minimum notice of 24 hours for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to optimise our scheduling efficiently and provides an opportunity to accommodate other clients in need.

 

2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be considered as late cancellations. In such cases, clients may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be communicated at the discretion of We Are Able. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations may occur, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

 

3. Failure to Attend (No-Show): If a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show." Persistent no-shows may result in a review of the client's ongoing participation in our services.

 

4. Communication of Cancellations: Clients are encouraged to communicate any cancellations or rescheduling requests as soon as possible. This can be done by contacting our office directly through phone or email.

 

 

5. Exceptional Circumstances: We recognise that there may be exceptional circumstances beyond a client's control that lead to late cancellations or no-shows. In such cases, clients are encouraged to communicate with us as soon as possible to discuss their situation.

 

6. How to Cancel or Reschedule: Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting We Are Able CIC during office hours. If the cancellation occurs outside office hours, clients are encouraged to leave a voicemail or send an email, and we will respond promptly.

 

 

7. Rescheduling Appointments: Clients are welcome to reschedule appointments based on availability. We will make every effort to accommodate the rescheduling request, taking into consideration the needs of both the client and our organisation.

 

 

By availing our SEND Advocate services, clients acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.
